For our customer in Vietnam, we’re removing impurities from a process stream, which results in two ION-IX Multiport valves that form the beating heart of this installation.
Each Multiport valve is custom-built where the various components are precisely machined from raw materials — primarily polypropylene and stainless steel. Once the parts return to our facility, they undergo a thorough quality inspection before being assembled into a complete system.
In our test facility, we simulate real process conditions tailored to each application. Every test is carefully prepared and conducted together with the customer.
All installations go through a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) — which includes hydrostatic pressure tests, circulation tests at temperatures up to 80°C, process configuration tests and general functionality tests. No system leaves our workshop until it meets 100% of our quality and performance standards.
Customers can witness their FAT in person or via live video, ensuring full transparency and confidence in the final result. Once approved, the installation is securely packed and prepared for shipment — ready to deliver outstanding performance at its new destination.
