Since each of our ION-IX Multiport valves are custom made following the clients need, the raw polypropylene material (and for some projects even PVDF or stainless steel) is sent to specialized machine shops, where each component is carefully milled using state-of-the-art equipment. Every part must be handled with extreme precision to meet the requirements.
When all components are ready, we assemble everything in-house in our workshop. After assembly, the installation undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to verify full functionality and ensure the system is ready for shipment.
The three polishing tanks are being fabricated by DEPREST, showcasing exceptional stainless-steel welding craftsmanship. These impressive tanks have been carefully delivered and unloaded at our warehouse  by crane — another major milestone in this project.
In order to ensure safe accessibility of the plant and supporting of all materials a significant amount of steelwork is involved — produced in collaboration with our trusted suppliers. Pre-assembling these platforms and structures is essential, allowing us to detect and resolve any issues here in our warehouse, before shipping to site.

All assembly work — including the preparation of instrumentation panels and welding of prefabricated piping — is carried out by our construction team, who will also be responsible for the on-site installation in Vietnam.
